Web Search Not Working — AI Returns No Results for Any Query

When I ask Scira to search for something, the AI attempts to use the web search tool but gets no results back. Every search returns empty, no matter what I ask. For example, I asked Scira to search for basic things like "OpenAI", "Google", "latest news today", "recipe pasta", and even just "hello world" — all of them came back with zero results. The AI confirmed that the tool itself is not throwing any errors; it just returns an empty results array every time. This means I currently cannot use Scira for any web search at all. Other features seem to work fine, but web search is completely broken right now. I noticed this started recently and the issue has persisted for at least the past day (observed on 2026-07-28). I am not sure if this is a known issue or an outage, but it makes the search feature unusable.
