SCIRA Search backend repeatedly fails while model inference continues

Since yesterday evening, every research workflow that depends on SCIRA Search has been failing, even though Claude Sonnet 4.6 itself continues generating responses normally.SCIRA Search fails.Multiple Web Search attempts fail.X Search fails.XQL fails.X Studio also fails.“An error occurred” appears repeatedly.Eventually the app reports:“The network connection was lost.” Meanwhile, the LLM itself continues responding, suggesting only the search infrastructure is failing. This appears to affect the search backend rather than model inference. For my workflow this makes Scira unreliable for fact-checking and investigative research.
