bug(skills): skills are not utilized when apps are used
No skills discovered by ai when using tools from my connected apps, when disable it works, im on Kimi K3 most of the time but 've seen on other models too. So: connected sources - ok, connected apps - fails to discover skills

Noticed today that after update (noticed by ui) skills started to work alongside connected apps, I can generate images without disabling apps, so can close it
