Bug Report: GitHub MCP Connected but Not Visible to AI on Desktop — Works on Mobile

Summary
GitHub MCP is connected, authenticated, and tools are parsed on my PC, but Scira AI reports "no GitHub MCP detected" when I ask it to push to my repository. The exact same account on the same network using the same browser on my phone works perfectly — Scira acquires GitHub access and completes the task.
This is not a client-side configuration issue. I have exhausted all local troubleshooting.
Expected Behavior
When GitHub MCP is connected and showing as active in settings, asking Scira to "push to my GitHub repo" or perform any GitHub operation should use the connected GitHub MCP tools, as it does on mobile.
Actual Behavior
PC (Desktop): "No GitHub MCP detected" — AI cannot see or use GitHub tools despite MCP being connected and parsed.
Phone (Mobile): Works flawlessly — GitHub MCP is acquired and used automatically for the same request.
