Artifacts are still created even when the Artifact Builder skill is disabled
Even when I disable the Artifact Builder skill, the assistant still creates Artifacts with high probability in many chats. The only way to prevent this is to explicitly add an instruction such as "Do not use Artifacts" to the custom instructions beforehand. Disabling the skill should be enough to suppress Artifact creation, so please make the disabled state actually take effect, or add a dedicated toggle that prevents Artifacts from being generated regardless of the skill setting.
